1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Bet Orange and using the casino services operated by Zephyr Holding SRL, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Are not accessing the services from a restricted jurisdiction
- Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full
- Are acting in your own name and not on behalf of a third party
- Are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform
If you do not meet these conditions, you must not use the platform. Bet Orange reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in breach of these terms.
2. Account Registration
One account per person is permitted. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of funds and closure of all related accounts. Providing false information during registration is also grounds for account termination.
- You must provide accurate name, date of birth, and contact details
- Your registered email address is your primary contact method
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
- Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access
- Account sharing with another person is not permitted
3. Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions
The services are not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to ensure that participating in online gambling is legal in your country of residence before registering. Bet Orange accepts no liability for participation from restricted jurisdictions.
4. KYC Verification
Know Your Customer (KYC) checks are required before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any time. Required documentation includes:
- Valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driving licence)
- Proof of residential address dated within 3 months (utility bill, bank statement)
- Proof of payment method if requested
- Selfie holding the ID document if requested
Accounts that cannot be verified may have funds withheld or be permanently suspended. All documents are stored securely in line with our Privacy Policy.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions are subject to the following rules:
- Minimum deposit: EUR 20
- Minimum withdrawal: EUR 40
- Daily withdrawal limit: EUR 2,500
- Weekly withdrawal limit: EUR 7,500
- Monthly withdrawal limit: EUR 15,000
- Fiat and crypto accounts are separate and cannot be mixed
- Cryptocurrency exchange rates are fixed at the time of the transaction
- Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the deposit
- KYC must be approved before any withdrawal is processed
Bet Orange does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Network fees on cryptocurrency transactions are the responsibility of the transacting party.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as these general conditions:

6.5 Bonus Abuse
Behaviour considered to be bonus abuse - including but not limited to multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, pattern wagering to clear bonuses without genuine play, or collusion - will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure without notice. Bet Orange makes the final determination in suspected abuse cases.
7. Gameplay Rules
- All games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) where applicable
- Game results during disconnections are determined by the game server log
- Malfunctions in any game void all related plays and wagers
- Collusion and cheating in any form are prohibited
- The use of bots, scripts, or automated software is strictly forbidden
- Exploiting software bugs is prohibited; any winnings from exploited bugs may be voided
8. Sports Betting Rules
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement
- Bets on events that have already started may be rejected at the operator's discretion
- In-play bets are subject to network conditions; delays may cause voiding
- Obvious price errors will result in bets being voided
- Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's account
- Suspicious betting patterns may result in payout suspension pending investigation
- Minimum bet: as displayed in the betting interface
9. Responsible Gambling

11. Limitation of Liability
Bet Orange and Zephyr Holding SRL are not liable for:
- Technical errors or disruptions in service beyond reasonable control
- Losses resulting from your own decision to gamble
- Actions of third-party payment processors
- Losses arising from breach of these terms by the player
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be suspended or closed without prior notice where we reasonably suspect:
- Fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing
- Breach of these terms or applicable law
- Bonus abuse or multi-accounting
- Use of the platform by a person under 18
- Irregular or suspicious activity
Verified funds in suspended accounts will be returned to the player after investigation, minus any disputed bonus amounts, unless criminal activity is established.
13. Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute:
- Contact support via live chat or email at support@betoranje.com in the first instance
- We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days
- Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority
- You have 90 days from the event to raise a dispute formally
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The revised version takes effect from the date it is published. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or on-site notification where possible.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. The operator holds a licence issued by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority (Licence number as specified in the operator platform footer). Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the appropriate jurisdiction.
